EVENT & FUNDRAISING

Over the last 4 months

UK Homes 4 Heroes

have staged or took part

in various fundraising events

in such a small time since the charity started on 23rd April 2010

the first event was the launch of

UK Homes 4 heroes at the Gunmakers

and patron of UK Homes 4 Heroes

made a large donation to the charity

to get us started

and all the customers dug deep in

to their pockets on the day

to support the charity

 

THE SIR ROBERT PEEL

Public House in

Walworth South London

Was the first to come to the aid

 to support

 UK Homes 4 Heroes

Linda Geen and the regulars

organised a sponsored bridge walk

in London for the charity

0ver £1.300.00p

was raised

 Linda  has raised more money

in the pub through selling wristbands and T-Shirts

and is a great supporter

of the charity

well done loverly lady

and all the customers in The Robert Peel

these great Girls organised

a charity bucket day collection

at the club

even though they did not know if the club was to survive

they still went on with

getting us the charity Day

against Chelsea Football club

we would like to thank everyone at

Crystal Palace F.C

with hundreds of pounds

collected

from the selling of wristbands

and on the 7th August 2010

we held

UK Homes 4 Heroes

first Funday and what a Day it was

the good people of Bermondsey

turned out to support the cause

and a staggering

£3.505.00p

was raised
